The exhibition brings together nine local and overseas artists, including Li Chi Tak, Abby Lee Yan Yee, Lio Yeung and Rex Koo, to showcase the creativity of local and international talents through palm-sized cards.
LEE received her Bachelor’s degree with a major in Scenic Art from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts in 2014, and a Master of Arts in Fine Art from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2023. She focuses primarily on acrylic painting and stop-motion animation. Her works often depict everyday life and work environments, exploring themes such as collective effort and personal fate. Her recent solo exhibitions include ‘A practise of viewing the veiled’ (Gallery Exit, Hong Kong, 2025), ‘When turning into Night’ (Touch Gallery, Hong Kong, 2024). Other recent group exhibitions include ‘Us Versus Nature’ (Treasure Hill Artist Village, Taipei, 2023).
Man Chi Loy a.k.a. armechan, is a Hong Kong artist. Graduated from UC Davis and lived in the US and Amsterdam before. The experience of living in different places inspires him to pay attention to the strangers and see how individual behavior reacts to cramped living space in Hong Kong and how it shapes the character of a city as well as his self-identity.
Erika Shiba is a Japanese printmaker and drawer who was born and raised in Hong Kong. Erika's artwork has been displayed internationally, with exhibitions held across the United States, including in New York, Philadelphia, Illinois, Georgia, and California, as well as in the Philippines (Quezon City), Germany (Hamburg), the Netherlands (Eindhoven), Indonesia (Jakarta), and Hong Kong. Record-keeping, home(s), cryptology, and memory are at the core of Erika’s research.
Erika recollects the past and records the present. She creates untouchable landscapes and places obscure forms that represent memories within them to give them physical space to exist in. In this series, Erika reimagines structures, scenes, shapes, and spaces that have remained in her camera roll for the past five years. She enclosed these external discoveries into internal rooms that function as a world of protection. By encapsulating them in a new place that can be held by one’s hands, Erika invites viewers to intimately contemplate the memories that surround us.
Hsu Yi Hsuan was born in Taiwan and graduated from the Department of Fine Arts, Taipei National University of the Arts, majoring in printmaking. Yi Hsuan’s artworks mainly focus on reduction woodcut prints with multiple colors. She is usually fond of depicting the various facets of life with personification. Her works have been exhibited in Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.
In recent years, her works have been acquired by the Tainan Art Museum and the Art Bank. In 2026, she was selected for the ACI AUDITION at the Fukuoka Asian Art Museum in Japan. In 2024, she was invited to participate in the International Woodblock Printmaking Conference and exhibition in Echizen, Japan; that same year, her works were honored with the First Prize of the New Year Prints of the R.O.C. and were selected for the 21st International Biennial Print Exhibition, R.O.C.
Irene LEE See-Wing was born and raised in Hong Kong. She graduated from Hong Kong Baptist University Academy of Visual Arts, specialising in screen printing and mono printing. Beyond her academic pursuits, she also enjoys making zines in her leisure time. Her interest in screen printing runs deep within her. To Irene, screen printing is not confined by boundaries. Rather, it serves as both a precise, streamlined process and an emotionally charged medium akin to painting. This unique blend of naturalness and passivity grants her the liberty to express herself freely.
In 2022, she was awarded the “2022 HKOP Award in Printmaking” and held her first solo exhibition, <◎—Back and Forth> in Hong Kong Open Printshop. She was also awarded the TUNA prize from AVA and previously participated in exhibitions, including “Urban Biology - The Marvellous Art World” (Zhi Art Space, 2025), “Affordable Art Fair” (HKCEC, 2025), and “Awagami International Miniature Print Exhibition 2025” (The Hall Awa Japanese Handmade Paper, 2025).
King-ting Lam is Hong Kong printmaker specializing in the art of woodcut. In recent years, he has developed his signature series, "Day and Night Patrol," which utilizes monochrome palettes to capture landscapes and the evocative interplay of light and shadow across different environments.
Lam’s printmaking has garnered significant international acclaim. His work has been selected for the Taiwan International Print Biennial and the Woolwich Contemporary Print Fair (WCPF) in the UK. He is a multi-time recipient of the Excellence and Honorable Mention awards at the New Year Prints Exhibition of R.O.C. and has been invited to participate in prestigious international conferences, including the International Mokuhanga Conference in Echizen, Japan, and IMPACT 10 in Spain.
Li Chi Tak, with over 40 years of experience in the comic industry, has created a wide variety of works that have been published in numerous regions, including Japan, Taiwan, France, and Malaysia, etc. In 2016, he was invited to participate in the “Li Chi-tak, Hong Kong Wizard” at the Angoulême International Comics Festival in France, making him the first Hong Kong comic artist to have an exhibition at this renowned event. Subsequently, he was also invited to participate in the “BD Louvre” project.
Lio Yeung is a visual artist and creative director known for transforming innovative ideas into art, design, and stories. He holds an MA in Graphic Communication from Chelsea College of Arts, London, and a BA (Hons) in Design from Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
In 2012, Lio founded the creative agency “Young and Innocent” and later co-created the art platform “ARTDICTED” in 2022, blending art, culture, and playful collectibles. His work has received global recognition with awards from Cannes Lions, D&AD, Clio, and Spikes Asia. His first exhibition, If Red is Green, curated by agnès b.'s Librairie Galerie, established him further in the art world.
Based between Hong Kong and Tokyo, Lio draws inspiration from global perspectives and personal expression, ensuring his creativity stays fresh, curious, and ever-evolving.
Hong Kong visual artist Rex KOO creates across a wide range of media, encompassing graphic design, type design, illustration, and comics. His work often draws upon pop culture—particularly film and music—as its major theme. So far, he has published four illustration books based on local cinema and two independent comic titles. His comic works have also received international acclaim, winning both the Japan International Manga Award and the BolognaRagazzi Award.
